Warranty provided by Manufacturer, Distributor or by Lifestyle and Beyond.
Products covered by warranty will in most cases have a warranty card included, if your product does not have a warranty card please email sales@lifestyleandbeyond in order for us to advise you on how to make a claim. If a warranty card is included in your product, please refer to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and contact them directly for assistance. Warranty conditions may vary from product to product. If you are not satisfied by the manufacturer’s response, please contact us so we can assist you.
You are required to notify us within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the returns process. Once assessed and approved, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
Making a Claim
Provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or similar proof that the item was purchased from us. Describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (eg a photograph) to support your claim. State whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refunds or credit
Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will include all delivery and related costs for the product. Where a non-warranty claim is granted any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued by PayPal or a credit to your account and generally takes up to 2 working days to process. We will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted, the replacement will be delivered to you at our expense after we have received your returned product. Where a non-warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense.
Lifestyle and Beyond is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to us.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled, mistakenly installed or if you have simply changed your mind. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
